  • Printed items are typically produced and shipped faster.

  • Embroidered items require additional production time due to the nature of the process.

  • Orders containing multiple product types may be shipped together or separately, depending on production readiness, at no additional cost.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email so you can monitor your delivery.

📍 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
 We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Due to regulations, political conditions, or carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

📦 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it yet, please:

  • Check your mailbox and surrounding area
  • Ask your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address

Sometimes packages arrive 1–2 days after being marked delivered. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. While The Goobie Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll always do our best to assist you with any information you need.
